Sadly many Tropical Cyclones leave a trail of destructive disaster that can be worth over $5 million dollars in damage. This is why we should start to prepare ourselves better for these disasters in the future.

- Build stronger buildings to withstand the strong Category 5 winds (less debris laying around and people won't have to worry about the money they need to rebuild their houses / businesses)
- Build basements that people can take shelter in (if they have not evacuated they can hide in this and stay safe from all of the flying debris and winds)
- Having underground storage places for all of your trampolines, outdoor settings and plants (for when the tropical cyclone hits and your things don't go flying everywhere)
- Every household having a survival / evacuation kit (help to keep everyone alive and healthy)
- Every household having a food / water supply (get when tropical cyclone season starts)
